Krina is an experienced litigator who practices exclusively in labour and employment law. She advises and represents both employers and employees in a broad range of workplace matters, including wrongful dismissal claims, constructive dismissal disputes, employment agreements, workplace investigations, human rights issues, workplace harassment and discrimination complaints, and employment standards matters.

Krina regularly assists clients at all stages of workplace disputes, from proactive workplace advice and investigations to complex litigation. She has extensive experience conducting workplace investigations into allegations of harassment, discrimination, workplace misconduct, and policy violations, and provides practical, strategic advice to help clients navigate sensitive workplace issues.

Krina has successfully represented clients before various courts and tribunals, including the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Superior Court of Justice, the Small Claims Court, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. She is known for her practical approach, strong advocacy skills, and commitment to achieving effective and cost-conscious results for her clients.

Krina is a member of the South Asian Bar Association and is able to provide legal services in Gujarati. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and cheering on the Toronto Raptors.
